Some things are a little different with us. See what you can expect.

EASY CHECK-IN

No classic check-in is required at your Revier. You will receive a request to check in online before Arrival. You will receive your room number and access authorisation directly by SMS and emailon the day of arrival. The rooms are ready for occupancy from 4 pm. If you choose the option "Early Check-in", you can enjoy your roomfor a small surcharge of CHF 30 from 12 noon.

CHECK-OUT

Every adventure comes to an end. We ask you to leave your room by 11 a.m. at the latest or book a late check-out. You have two options: "Late Check-out" until 2 pm for CHF 30 or "Super Late Check-out" until 5 pm for CHF 50. There is no official check-out, come by and say goodbye if you like.

ROOM CLEANING

With us, you only pay for what you really need. That's why we keep our prices low and don't offer daily room cleaning. If you would still like to take advantage of this service, it costs CHF 30 from the second night. Final cleaning is of course included. Hand and bath towels are provided in all rooms.

CREDIT CARD

You will need a Mastercard or Visa credit card to make a booking. In the restaurant or for a booking on site, we also accept Maestro and Postfinance in addition to the credit cards listed.

WIFI

Lightning-fast Internet throughout the hotel - simply log into the "Revier" network and surf until you drop.

GREEN REVIER

We take care of our environment and sustainability. The Revier Hotels participate in the Swisstainable sustainable tourism programme in the highest category and are also certified with the international Green Key label.

PARKING SPACE

Due to the car-free environment in Saas Fee, it is not permitted to drive up to the hotel. However, your Revier is located in the immediate vicinity of a large outdoor car park, or you can park your vehicle in the underground car park at the entrance to the village.

You will find a secure and camera-monitored ski and bike room in your Revier. There is also a bike washing station at your disposal.

CURTAXES

In summer, the visitor's tax is CHF 7 per person per night. Children under 6 years stay free of charge, while children from 6 to 16 years pay CHF 3.50.

In addition, a service fee of CHF 3.50 is charged, for which you receive the SaastalCard. With this card you benefit from a wide range of services in Saas-Fee. Children pay half price.

In winter, the visitor's tax is CHF 4.50 and the service fee is CHF 2.50.

ALLERGY FRIENDLY

All our rooms are designed to be allergy-friendly, which means that we do not allow pets in our rooms.

WE LOVE CHILDREN

Although we do not have cots, children are very welcome. Up to and including the age of 5, they stay in your bed free of charge and pay nothing for breakfast.

For an extra bed we charge CHF 45.00 per night. Up to and including 11 years of age, we grant a 50% discount on breakfast.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in our hotel in Saas-Fee. However, we are happy to welcome your pet in our restaurant
